Presence in
everyday life
An innovative program that integrates neurosciences, mindfulness, and compassion to develop new ways of engaging with your environment and yourself.
- Do you have the ability to connect every moment with what is happening to you, with your inner self, activating mind, body, and heart while challenges and opportunities turn up in your daily life?
- Do you want to learn new habits and change existing ones to live a more fulfilling life?
- Do you feel the need to connect with wonder, silence, a sense of shared humanity and communion with nature, but do not know where to start?
- How can you better nurture your relationships (family, work, and friendship), and approach the challenges they pose more consciously?
- Would you like to develop a new way of managing your emotions?
“Presence in everyday life gives a complete perspective about our being, in all our facets. It also provides a plan to develop attitudes, and exercises to learn how to work on difficult emotions, problems, or discomforts we often experience. I recommend Presence in Everyday Life as a vital training to be able to face life challenges and achieve sustainable happiness.”
